Quincy 99 is a Windows 9x and NT hosted Integrated Development Environment (IDE) front end for C/C++ compilers. Quincy 99 works with the Egcs-Mingw32 C/C++ compiler suite and supports development of Win32 console and GUI applications and DLLs.
